At Available at STRAYE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
